Lo spazioso appartamento di 90 mq è un giusto compromesso tra la domotica più moderna e la nostalgia dei magnifici anni '60.

Il concept è ispirato ai racconti dei miei nonni ed alla spensieratezza di un'epoca che ha rivoluzionato il mondo della scienza e dell’arte, consacrando volti famosi ed oggetti quotidiani ad icone POP.

L'obbiettivo è garantire agli ospiti l'esperienza immersiva di un viaggio nel tempo che non si limiti ad essere solo immaginato ma vissuto.

Lo spazio

L'appartamento è ubicato in un'area fornita di tutti i servizi di prima necessità tra cui supermercati, farmacie, bar, guardia medica e vanta nelle vicinanze, la presenza della seicentesca chiesa di Sant’Antonio. Inoltre è posizionato a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e dalle attrazioni principali come la famosa spiaggia al di sotto del ponte, Lama Monachile, la piazza con la statua dedicata a Domenico Modugno e la Fondazione di arte contemporanea intitolata allo scenografo ed artista polignanese, Pino Pascali.

The spacious 90-square-meter apartment is the perfect blend of modern smart-home technology and the nostalgia of the magnificent 1960s.

The concept is inspired by my grandparents’ stories and the carefree spirit of an era that revolutionized the worlds of science and art, transforming famous faces and everyday objects into true POP icons.

The goal is to offer guests an immersive journey through time not simply imagined, but truly experienced.

The space

The apartment is located in an area offering all essential amenities, including supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés, and a medical clinic. Nearby, guests can also visit the 17th-century Church of Saint Anthony. In addition, the property is just a 5 minute walk from the historic center and the town’s main attractions, such as the famous beach beneath the bridge, Lama Monachile, the square featuring the statue of Domenico Modugno, and the contemporary art foundation dedicated to the Polignano-born artist and set designer Pino Pascali.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire apartment (accommodates up to 4 guests), located on the second floor.

Please note that the building does not have an elevator.
